Thank you for supporting Taquito Dude Marketplace. All products are created in small batches with care and intention. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Food Products (Final Sale)
Due to health and safety regulations, all food-based products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
If a food product arrives spoiled or unconsumable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the product at no cost. Refunds are not issued for food products.
Merchandise Returns (Size-Related Only)
Returns on merchandise are accepted only for size-related issues or manufacturer defects, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and labels must be intact

Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

All food-based products (except approved replacements for spoilage)

Merchandise returned for reasons other than size or defects

Items with removed or damaged tags or labels

Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
